Main Sponsor:  $2,500 
Independent logo on stage banner, activity tent space (optional), premium 10x10 booth space, table and 2 chairs provided, large logo on event advertising, sponsor spotlight on all social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok), Announcements throughout the event.

Platinum Sponsor:  $1,000 
Large logo on event banner, premium 10x10 booth space, table & 2 chairs provided, large logo on event advertising, sponsor spotlight on Facebook page, 3 verbal mentions during event.

Gold Sponsor:  $750  
Medium logo on event banner, 10x10 booth space, table & 2 chairs provided, medium logo on event advertising, 1 verbal mention during event.



Registration Deadline & Payment for Sponsorship is due by August 2, 2025.  If payment is not received by this date space and marketing will not be guaranteed.  All sponsor will need to provide a vector logo for marketing materials.

Food Vendors:  $400 (electrical hook-up additional $50) Taco Truck spaces are full, so any new registrations in that category will be placed on a waitlist or not accepted.
Must have a health permit from McHenry County Dept. of Health and Certificate of Insurance. 

Booth Vendors:  $250
10x10 booth space, must provide your own table and tent.

Non-Profit Vendor:  $100
10x10 booth space, must provide your own tent and table.

Sponsorship registration and payment deadline is due by August 2, 2025
Food & Booth Vendors registration and payment Deadline is due by August 22, 2025.
