Independence Health & Therapy Caregiver Course

Independence Health & Therapy is hosting the last Caregiver Course of the year on Thursday, November 18^th from 5:30pm-7:30pm at our Woodstock location on Seminary Avenue! This course is open to ALL caregivers, so if you are a family caregiver or are in the profession of caring for others, this course is for you! We will be focusing on reducing caregiver stress with a presentation about the use of essential oils from Jennifer Stelter and Jessica Ryan from NeuroEssence, Christina Murphy, Program Manager for Independence Health & Therapy will be leading a succulent and painting activity, as well practicing some meditation exercises with Shannon Guzick, PTA, Certified Yoga Instructor, & Therapies Manager for Independence Health & Therapy.
 
Wonderful snacks and light refreshments will be provided as well as the opportunity to win your very own MY TOOLBOX from NeuroEssence!
