Intermediate Obedience Group Class

Intermediate Obedience 

Week 1: Review learned behaviors from beginner’s obedience (Sit, Down, Heel, stay, and Come). Work on stay walk around dog. Introduce Judges Exam. Work on front and heel positions.
Week 2: Introduce the pattern for beginner novice and novice obedience. Work on stay walk around dog and recall on long line.
Week 3: Introduce the jumps for open obedience, group sit-stay and down-stay at the end of a 6 foot leash. Continue to work on the previously learned behaviors.
Week 4: Introduce the dumbbell retrieve, continue to work on the previously learned behaviors.
Week 5: Introduce off leash recall and off leash sit-stay walk around dog, continue to work on previously learned behaviors. 
Week 6: Introduce off leash novice obedience pattern, work on long distance behaviors, and work on all previously learned behaviors.
