Outdoor Dog Yoga at Young at Heart

Enjoy a yoga class in Peaches' Meadow with the beauty of nature and the senior dogs of Young at Heart in Woodstock IL. This exclusive one-hour yoga class in the beautiful natural play area at Young at Heart is followed by a 30 minute social with the senior dogs. Experience relaxing, gentle movements combined with breathing and posture exercises. No yoga experience is needed! Bring a mat or a towel.
