Properly selected and crafted, they serve as valuable guiding principles to be used by management for handling day-to-day work situations. This workshop takes a broad look at policies and answers many of your questions.

As time permits, we may review common concerns. Participants are encouraged to bring specific policy questions and policy manuals.
