Soulful Prairies Support Specialist Job Description
Soulful Prairies is searching for a new team member to support the services we provide. This individual will work closely with Linda Bruce, the owner, and her team.
This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours/week) that is creative, fun, flexible, at times demanding and always incredibly rewarding. Due to our small business nature, our team works hand in hand applying our experience and expertise to support the goals of Soulful Prairies.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and self-directed. They will be focused on delivering high quality results and should be willing to take time to learn the intricacies of the business.
The expectation for hours worked at Soulful Prairies versus remotely, will ebb and flow. However, there is one in person team meeting a month, two to three in person meetings with Linda each month along with coordinated remote office hours for the entire team.
Responsibilities will include:
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
Marketing strategy with team
Copy creation in conjunction with
social media efforts with Social Media
Manager
Event/Retreat registration status
Print manager & inventory
SALES
Community networking and outreach
Non-profit and corporate outreach
SOFTWARE PLATFORM
Constant Contact
o Update and management of
contacts/tags/lists
o Manage integrations
• Acuity/Squarespace
o Event management
o Event email management
Google Business Analytics
Linkedin and Analytics
ORGANIZE & TRACKING
• Contracted events process support
• Manage waivers for contracted events • Event and Retreat preparation
• Manage testimonials
• Slide shows after events/retreats
TEAM PROJECTS
• Project timeline management • Team meeting agendas
• Brainstorming new ideas
• Evaluating current processes
MISCELLANEOUS
• Routine task support
• Possibility for creative contributions
(photos, videos, reels, etc.) based on interest, helpful, but not necessary
