Woodstock's Annual Christmas Parade 2026

Kick off the holiday season with one of Woodstock's favorite traditions! Join us the Sunday after Thanksgiving for the Annual Christmas Parade, as festive floats, local businesses, community organizations, and special guests make their way through downtown Woodstock.

Bring the whole family, enjoy the holiday spirit, and help us give Santa and Mrs. Claus a warm Woodstock welcome!

The parade begins at Woodstock Water Works and travels east along Jackson Street, through the Historic Woodstock Square, and out Cass Street.

We welcome local businesses, organizations, community groups, and individuals to join the festivities! Advance registration is required, and all participating groups must ride in a vehicle or float.

Important Dates & Details:

• Registration Deadline: Friday, November 20, at 12:00 PM (no late entries accepted)

• Parade Date: Sunday, November 29

• Lineup Location: Woodstock Water Works, off Kishwaukee Road

• Lineup Begins: 12:30 PM

• Parade Departure: 1:45 PM

• Parade on the Square: 2:00 PM

Sponsorship Opportunities

Gold Sponsor – $500 

Includes promotional placement on the Chamber website, logo and website link on the event page, social media recognition, logo placement on parade banners and downtown signage, and two commercial mentions by the parade announcer.

Silver Sponsor – $250 

Includes logo and website link on the event page, social media recognition, business logo on the parade banner, sponsor signage displayed downtown, and one commercial mention by the parade announcer.

Additional Parade Information

Participant Drop-Off: Participants should be dropped off near the softball fields at Woodstock Water Works. The main Water Works parking lot is reserved for parade floats and vehicles.

Inclement Weather: Any cancellation decision will be made by 11:00 AM on parade day. Updates will be shared on the Chamber website, social media, and directly with registered participants. If no cancellation is announced, the parade will proceed as scheduled.
